WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN A GARMENT?

  • You have 3 business days after the purchase arrives to notify us of the return
  • Write us an Email to devoluciones@miaandlova.com Indicating the garment you want to return, along with your full name, address, telephone number and order number, the refund will be made in the same payment method that you used.
  • REPACK THE GARMENT IN THE SAME BAG OR IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE IT IN A NEW ONE, ALWAYS AND WHEN IT IS CLEAN AND KEEP THE ITEM TO RETURN IN PERFECT CONDITION.
  • The cost of shipping back to our warehouse will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed (the cost of the garment minus 3.99 Euros for the peninsula and 4.99 Euros for Portugal)
  • THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU WITHIN 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ITS RECEIPT, ONCE WE VERIFY THAT THE GARMENT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION.
  • We will send you an email with the corresponding return label and you must: print the label, stick it on the package and leave it at the CORREOS office of your choice.

  • REPACK THE GARMENT IN THE SAME BAG OR IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE IT IN A NEW ONE, ALWAYS AND WHEN IT IS CLEAN AND KEEP THE ITEM TO RETURN IN PERFECT CONDITION.
  • Go to the courier office of your preference and send it to the address we provide; We always recommend making it certified to have traceability.
  • The amount of the returned garments will be reimbursed within 7-14 business days after receipt, once we verify that the garment is in perfect condition.
  • The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
IF YOU PREFER, YOU CAN ALSO MAKE THE RETURN, ASSUMING THE COST OF THE SHIPPING IN ANY COURIER SERVICE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO MONITOR THE PACKAGE SO THAT IT IS NOT LOST. IN THAT CASE, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER.

 

ALL THE GARMENTS MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND WITH THEIR CORRESPONDING LABELS.

 

RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY.
NO RETURN OF BAGS, BELTS, ACCESSORIES IN GENERAL, UNLESS THEY ARE DAMAGED.
DEADLINES TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A RETURN:
The term for any return OR DAMAGE is 3 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
Changes of articles: they must be communicated to devoluciones@miaandlova.com, you will be sent the label corresponding to the article you wish to return and once we have the returned package, the new one will be sent to you; The shipping costs of the new product are borne by the buyer and must be paid to proceed with the shipment.

MIAANDLOVA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS COMMUNICATED OR SENT OUT OF THE DEADLINE, OR ON GARMENTS THAT ARE NOT IN THE SAME CONDITIONS IN WHICH THEY WERE SENT, WHETHER THEY SMELL TOBACCO OR ANY TYPE OF PERFUME.
